Problem tickets are recorded in a database that supports simultaneous access by multiple users and is ideal for use in a LAN environment. Fields include submitter name and date, priority, category, owner (assigned to), state, title description, close date, ID, other. Changes made to tickets are logged for audit. This software is designed to run on Windows 95 or higher.

The purchase price is $30 and entitles unlimited use by one person on one PC. A site/network license may be purchased for $200 and allows unlimited use, but an unlimited number of users at your site. If you've tried out the evaluation version and wish to buy it, click the link below.
